When using MSBuild.exe to compile a project, I got the following warning in some cases:

There was a mismatch between the processor architecture of the project being build "MSIL" and the processor architecture of the reference "[internal C# dll]", "x86"

To fix (or better, ignore) this warning add the following to your *.csproj:
